Sounds too much like the little easter eggs that litter Lord of the Rings Online. There is a myriad of these achievements in the game. Some obvious, some not. Finish one "Bree REP Dungeon" and drink a poisonous potion and gain the title "The Foolish". Have someone do an emote /Scold on you 200+ times and you gain the title "The naughty". (did I mention you can only get scolded 5x a day) If you make it to level 20 without dying you gain a title The Undying. You get the point.

Touchscreen might be OK for a small screen, but I am not interested in using touch screen for 30in+ screen. The replacement I would like would be a ultra high resolution camera that has a motor to point it at the eyes and a good zoom. It could see the direction you are looking at and move the mouse around the screen based on where you are looking. A click could be done by facial changes.
