The advertise Better Business brand on site...check out their BBB listing and complaints. Beoun on "Presario V2000 AC adapter breaks"

My laptop is about three years old and I currently have broken two ac adapters for it. The first broke because of neglect and bad habits. The second now refuses to work and I don't know why. It is an HP adapter compatible with my laptop. It worked for less than a year but it now does not charge my computer's battery. There is no damage or overheating or any evidence of neglect. I ran out of ideas why it is broken...can anyone suggest an idea or a solution. Thanks

My computor froze recently, after restarting, all the fans and hard drives start spinning, but nothing comes up on the screen. I tested it with my freinds power supply, and it worked fine. I bought a new 1000W corsair power supply, pluged everything in, but again, everything started spinning, but nothing comes up on the screen. Please Help
